Yes, if the evidence supports an award.  But you still have to apply for tdiu, altho it is inferred in some cases.  Did you fill out the form and send it in?  

    Remember, the "forms" requirement on increases (tdiu is an increase) is rather new.  One poster on another site says you can request benefits on a napkin.  

     This isnt true anymore.  You have to fill out, sign the form, whether or not you are already getting VA bennies.  

      Im not sure I completely understand your question or what you are getting at?  Tell us more.
