Question

I was recently awarded 10 percent for my left ankle, but deferred for flat feet and tinnitus. Should I submit any more evidence for the deferred claims or wait until they make decisions? Thanks for any advice.

If it’s not in decision/no decision made you can continue to submit evidence. I see it all the time.

Usually deferred for exams, when a partial rating can be made, we make it and defer the other stuff. It gets at least some benefits to the veteran while waiting for the rest.
