Have you filed an 1151 claim?  If you dont know what that is, then read this:

https://cck-law.com/glossary/1151-claims-definition/#:~:text=A 1151 claim refers to,suffered “an added disability”.

In a nutshell, apparently you alleged the VAMC has harmed you some way.

Hi Bonnie, welcome to Hadit. Are you saying you have a current OPEN claim, or a DENIED claim for hearing loss and asthma? Did you receive medical care while in the Marines? Were  there complications? Did you receive a medical discharge? More info on what your decision lettre said if it was closed.

1151 means malpractice- if you can scan and attach the letter here, you will get more help

Cover the C file # ,name, address prior to scanning an attaching it here.

Was the veteran ( or are you the veteran ) ever a patient at Fayetteville, VAMC?

If not what VAMC is this? I am successful FTCA/1151er- I have lots of info on that here under FTCA/1151 forums.

My bill  ( passed the Senate unanimously) on VA malpractice,  has gone to a VA medical comittee  of House VAC-maybe the VARO saw something odd,in documented medical records,  that they can't cover up- and do not want to be sued AGAIN.
