Appeal is finally complete....100% P&T

It was a long fight and something I wish we veterans did not have to go through.  This took me 20 years.   I filed my claim in 2002 and went through the normally BS we all have to go through.  Gave up and started again in 2009 at the advice of a friend.  Fought and fought and fought.   Learned a lot from here and other places.  Hired an attorney for the home stretch and it was worth is.

Congrats to you. May I ask of your timeline?  I have been waiting for awhile. 

NOD 2018. I do have a BVA hearing Apr 27.

 

File new claim 2019 different issue. Denied. Did an HLR 2019. As of today still waiting.

My appeal to the BVA took a little over 2 years.  My appeal was a direct review.  I did not have a hearing.
