Need to find appropriate DBQ for Insomnia, and CFR section for rating levels

I am trying to find the appropriate DBQ for organically based (physically caused) insomnia. I also need to find the CFRR sections for rating insomnia. My understanding is it goes up in increments of 10% from 10 -100.

I cited just like you did, and I used the full text. If you are going to cite text to support an opinion of yours as a guide to others at least use the entire contextual paragraph instead of cherry picking.

I said in my first comment that any ADULT vet could easily find the Hensley court decision if they are motivated to do their own research as no need for me to provide the full text.  Google searches are easy for anyone unless they are lazy.  You are desperately picking at fleas to attack me due to your j.   

You may need glasses as  I clearly said for them to weigh the opinions of you and I and others and they should do their own research on the matter just like me sport.  I also made clear I was not offering legal advice.  If you want to play lawyer arguing in court then find someone else's time to waste.  I am not interested and you bore me.
