That is wonderful-

by the way a question-

my husband had bought two homes with the VA Loan Guarantee Certificate-decades ago-

I understood that the amount has gone up quick a bit-

does a vet have to make formal application for the Certificate?

does the VA send a new Certificate when the Mortgage guaranty amount goes up?

Berta:

A Veteran has to apply for certification. Call the 800 827 1000 and ask them for the paperwork. As long as a loan is paid and clear a Veteran can get another one.

Kim and MT:

Couldn't have happened to nicer folks.I think when MT won I finally thought that maybe the VA does get it right sometimes.

I hope that Cudda won his.

Yes, the certificate has to be re-applied for. The Veteran has to live in the residence as well...I am sure you guys knew that  <---sometimes i feel this way do you?
