I would go to your neighborhood doctor and have him at least give me samples today. I got hooked at that with the cancer and had a helluva time getting off it, along with morphine at the same time. Tonight take a sleeping pill until morning.

I`ve been bumming Nexioum samples from local doctors while fighting VA for it. They say I have to take the 5 other generics and get a doctor`s letter after each one is prescribed saying they don`t work before I can get Nexium. Hell I can`t live without it and its all that will work.

Yes- call the patient Advocate and call the Pharmacy director too-

I went through something like this-locally- it was awful -one vet got someone elses meds-

this vet died and the other vet was given all sorts of hell by the VA-

they insisted they had mailed him his meds- he never got them and he needed them too-

Someone got your meds. WHO?

The VA accounts for meds in an inventory every day- if they dont and JHACO or the OIG finds out they get in trouble--

it is no secret that VAMC personnel have swiped meds-prescribed to vets-

doesnt happen much at all but still- get on them right away on this.

If the PT rep or Pharmacy seems lackidaisical call the VAMC Director.
