Question

HiYa!
I had a HLR reviewer give me a call today. I didn't get a message to schedule it or anything. It was for GERD and Sleep Apnea. He explained the process and then I told him my concerns. He listened and said he would review the exams and records and see if there was a duty-to-assist error. Otherwise, I will need to file a supplemental claim.
I filed the HLR 13 days ago and resubmitted the hardship request form also. I'm optimistic it will go well.
