Post a clear title like ‘Need help preparing PTSD claim’ or “VA med center won’t schedule my surgery” instead of ‘I have a question.

Knowledgeable people who don’t have time to read all posts may skip yours if your need isn’t clear in the title.I don’t read all posts every login and will gravitate towards those I have more info on.

Use paragraphs instead of one massive, rambling introduction or story.Again – You want to make it easy for others to help. If your question is buried in a monster paragraph, there are fewer who will investigate to dig it out.
Leading too:Post straightforward questions and then post background information.
Examples:-
Question A. I was previously denied for apnea – Should I refile a claim?

The vet claimed EED for total disability due to SSA award.
The vet is 100% SC for schizophrenia.
CAVC denied stating the SSA records had been considered -
apparently the SSA award included other NSC disabilties???
"In
reviewing the March 2000 decision, the January 2005 Board noted that "the [
Social Security Administration] uses different standards for concluding
whether a person is disabled." Record (R.) at 23. The Board examined the
evidence before the Board in March 2000, including various medical
opinions, noting that it was not until June 1991 that a VA vocational" etc etc---
Have not read this all-
It is interesting that VA will consider SSA awards as evidence but did not consider the SSA award date as evidence of 100% SC schizophrenia in this vet's case.
