ptsd First step since I live overseas

Hello, I live overseas. I would like to make an appointment for a ptsd screening; There is no VA or doctor in my area; What is my first step? I have "overseas VA" but I have no idea that they help at all; I guess I must return to the U.S. for any help; Should I visit a private doctor in the US first?
