The Non Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA) is pleased to announce its 2024 Annual Conference and Vanguard Awards Dinner, set to take place from July 16th to 19th, 2024, at the Doubletree by Hilton-San Antonio Airport in San Antonio, Texas.
The conference agenda includes the Senior Enlisted Panel, where top leaders from each Armed Forces branch will discuss the current state of their services and answer audience questions. Guest speakers from various organizations will present on topics essential to the Military community.
The Vanguard Awards Dinner recognizes one member from each branch for acts of heroism, mirroring the values of Medal of Honor recipients. The Awards Luncheon will spotlight top-performing Regional Chapters of the Year, and Business Meetings of the NCOA and International Auxiliary will map out the association’s forward trajectory. Additionally, sponsors will showcase services to attendees at their Exhibit Tables.
“Joseph Terry, Executive Director of the NCOA stated, “The Annual Conference reinforces NCOA’s commitment to advancing the interests of our Military and Veteran community. We anticipate productive dialogues and renewed collaborations.”
This annual event promises to assemble Military and Veteran leaders from across the nation for meaningful discussions, networking opportunities, and the recognition of commendable achievements within the Military community. The venue, conveniently located minutes from the San Antonio Airport and North Star Mall, provides free parking and shuttle service for attendees.

You are invited to a small open house celebrating the re-opening of our main Veterans Service Office in Rocklin following recent renovations. The event will take place at noon on Friday, July 19 at the office (1000 Sunset Blvd. in Rocklin). We plan to kick off the event with a flag-raising ceremony and then highlight some of the improvements made to our facilities and the enhanced services we are now able to offer to our veterans, along with networking opportunities to connect with fellow supporters of our veteran community.
