   Program Highlights
   Three Virtual Workshops (July 6, 13, 20): Connect with peers and start your journey from the comfort of your home with these two-hour sessions! Participants can attend all or some of the virtual workshops.
   Three In-Person Workshops (July 24-26): Deepen your experience with immersive, hands-on sessions, including free expression, journaling, basic yoga practice, and more, in all-day sessions with meals provided.
   One Great Performance (July 27): Share your story in a supportive environment.
