Hi. I have an appeal in process through the DRO. Twice now, through my own followups I caught the " system" twice where mysteriously someone had changed my representation from the DAV to NYS. How the heck does this happen and is it somehow a tactic to delay claims notification to the correct representation ?
I have appealed for a rating increase and the DRO is waiting on my medical records from the SSA as well as income verification DVA in Philadelphia. Any thoughts?
