I recently filed for ALS compensation Ebenefits shows 100% with smc L 1 and smc P 1 approved sept 25 but now it shows claim is being reviewed so is my clain not approved?--I am confused

I have a claim in since sept 09-in decision phase-2weeks ago I received a copay refund--any idea why--I don't have any news on claim status yet. Is it a good sign? Just wondering
