Thanks to all for the warm welcome. Yes my appeal is at the BVA level. I actually had a scheduled hearing back in February '11. At that time my rep (Disabled Vets) thought that i had a strong case, he went in to talk to the Hearing Officer and was told that i needed a medical opinion to rebut the last C&P. At that time, i was also scheduled to have another C&P-It said the same as the first(same examiner). He said eventhough the back strain was documented during service, and i took so long to file a claim for it after my release date, that the injury could have occured recently.

Yes my husband does have a claim for PTSD.

Hi everyone,

This is my first post after joining Hadit a while ago. i have learned alot from this site and i send anyone to it who needs the help. I am on appeal for low back strain and VA and i have been going at it over this disability on and off since 2007. It's time i stop playing with them and end this roller coaster ride. My husband is a vet also and he let's VA do what they please with him. Hopefully Hadit will help me as well as him.
