sorry to hear that some one else got this letter, i still do not understand it but oh well who understands the VA any way. i am from NC also.

hope some one knows what is going on, i got a letter from the va in 2002 that stated that i was t&p , got everything that goes with it .my wife has champ va, i got the plates for the car . the state that i live just passed a bill to give you a cut in taxes if you were p&t from the va, so i send off the form and it came back approved. well about a week later i got another letter from the va with a summery of my benefits. it stated that i am unemployable, my over all diability is 90% but they pay me at the 100% rate. the letter stated that i was not p&t, but i have more than one letter that states i am p&t. i hope this letter make sense and i am sorry it is so long.

the woman that called me said that the survey was to help get better service at our VA HOSPITIAL,S. thank you for the reply's. GOD BLESS.

hi , i have not been on in a while in this is the first time on the new site. i got a phone call today from a lady from NEW YOUR , she said that the VA was doing a survey on how to do a better job for the vets. my question is has anyone else had this happen to them. thanks and GOD BLESS.

MY ROM ARE FORWARD FLEX 35%, EXTENSION 5%, RT LATERAL 10%, LT LATERAL IS 20%, LT ROTATION IS 30%, RT ROTATION IS 20%
L5-L1 LOWER BACK IS LIMITED BY PAIN AND SOME MUSCLE SPASM.
NEUROLOGICAL FINDINGS IS LASHEGUE SIGH WAS POSITIVE FOR THE LOWER RT LEG.
DIAGNOSIS: STATUS POST LUMBAR STRAIN, DEGENERATIVE DISK DISEASE AT L5-L1 BY XRAY, WITH RESIDUAL PAIN AND LIMITATION OF MOTION, WITH SENSORY LUMBAR RADICULOPATHY OF THE RIGHT LOER EXTREMITY AT THIS EXAM.
MY ROM FOR MY KNEE IS EXTENSION 0% IS PAIN, FLEXION 90% AND CAN'T FLEX BECAUSE OF PAIN. CREPITATION ON MOTION IS NOTED. hIS RT KNEE CONDITION LIMITED HIS ABILITY IN DOING SQUATTING, HEAVY LIFTING, AND PROLONGED WALKING. HE AVOIDS SPORTS AND RUNNING BECAUSE OF THE RIGHT KNEE AND LOWER BACK CONDITION.
HIS WIFE HELPS HIM TAKE OFF AND PUT ON IS SHOES AND SOCKS. THE VET HAS NOT BEEN WORKING SINCE 2003.
WHAT DO YOU EXPERTS THINK THIS RATING WILL BE FOR MY KNEE & BACK?

thank's for the news, a lady that goes to my church got the same kind of letter that i did and she is 100% and got champ va and the works. who knows.
