  1. Sorry i did not exsplane myself, the C&P Doc did say the my adjustment disorder with anxiety and depression was secondary to a service connected medical condition, Thanks for the advise. Thanks Ken
  2. I just wanted to update the info on my claim, I went to my C&P in Jan 2012, the Doc said I do not have Undifferentiated somatoform disorder with anexiety, I have a djustment disorder with depression and anexiety, waitting for thew VA to rate my claim, I guess it is a good thing my claim was for Undifferentiated somatoform disorder and anexiety. I will let you know what happeneds with the claim when I find out. Ken
  3. Thank for the answer, I understand what you are saying, because my claim for Undifferentiated somatoform disorder with anexiety is secondry to my back, ankle, and IBS, the VA doc says the pain is causing the Undifferentiated somatoform disorder with anexiety. Thanks Ken
  4. I just had a qestion, I have a claim opened in march 2011 for Undifferentiated somatoform disorder with anexiety, knee problem and ankle surgeury. I had my C&P on 4 Jan 2012, the Doc stated I had a Adjustment disorder with anziety and depressed mood, the VA opened a new on 6 Jan 2012 for a IBS increase which I am 30%, I have a C&p apponitment for 9 Feb 2012 for the IBS opened Jan 2012, is the normal for the VA to open a claim and get a C&P appoinment in less then 1 month, could this part of the claim from march 2011. Thank Ken
  5. I send all my paper work, though my county VA office and they get conformation it was received, this helped me on my last claim, got a call from my Regional Office while I was at work and was ask what I wanted about my claim after I told them I was told I did not deserve the benefits I ask for, I got into a argument with that individual and all my claim got closed out that day with out my permission. I found out 3 month later and had to got to the Regional Office and got called told I had never filed the claim and they had not been closed out, I had my file from the county VA office and it had all the conformation numbers from each page they had relieved from me, they found file under a box that is all I could get out of them about it, all the claims got reopened that day and I got the % I ask for, just the dates where wrong off by about 8 months seance they had to reopen it with a new date ( had to do a appeal on that). Thanks Ken
  6. Thanks for all the help, yes what i meant my local office is the Regional Office, my claim was sent in march and had to go to the Regional Office to have a problem in paper work corrected in July. I work for the government and do know how slow things move in all government offices, just would like to know were my claim is. Thanks for all the help again. Thank Ken
  7. In march of 2011 I filed a claim for 4 different issues, one was a had surgery on my ankle and filed for temp 100% and 3 other issues. On Oct 5 2011 I sent a IRIS request to find out the status of my claim and got a email form the IRIS, staying they had a back log of emails and had sent it to my local VA office and was waiting for a response from my local VA office to send to me, it is now the 15 Nov 2011 and no email from the IRIS, Is there some other way to find out other the 1 800 number, which I can not get a answer from. I have a been on the e benefits site and it just says it is in the development stage at this time. I had to go to my Local VA office in July 2011 because they lost the signature page on a document needed to complete my claim. I know it takes a long time to on a claim, I have done this before and my local office has lost my paper work before ( my file was lost for and i had to drive 150 miles to help them find it) just don't want to drive up to my local VA office again to solve the problem. also my American legion Rep is of no help, will not answer the phone or return a phone call. Thanks Ken
