  1. I am disabled and already have a service connection they keep messing with me on that but thats another post
    I live in another country
I have been married 6 years married in 2010, Filled 2011
VA had a copy of my marriage documents BEFORE granting disability
They keep turning down and never gave my dependent pay

My wife has NEVER been to America
we likely wont go for some time if ever
They keep pushing that she has to have a SSN
Yet SSAdmin told me to fly a kite
since she is not a citizen
    does not live there
will not live there or have a business there yada yada on and on
SHE CANNOT and WILLNOT be issued one by SSAdmin as per direct conversation to me by them on the phone

I had the local American Consulate try to help
some smart a** at VA has an answer for everthing to deny

    basically told me NO
if no SSN no other option and you dont get your benefit
First off the dependent benifit is MINE not her's

although the consulate says vets living in the Phillippines married there have same issue and have no problem getting their dependent benifits from VA and SSAdmin
the people at VA basically told me they DONT CARE what the consulate said

Since then i now also have a new son (10months old)
I feel i am going to run into more BS on this as well

Is there some way to get this resolved ?
Get my credit for her ? IF so it should be retro since we were married before my award and our marriage cert. copy was in the system

Why do some VA workers have to be so ____________________
while others are just good people doing a good job

frustrated on THIS and Other things i have to fight with them on

    thanks
