  1. I figure I will be waiting on the appeal till I am 100. I am not counting on that moving I figure I am already 4 years into when they lowered my back from 40-10%. I cant see how they did it to this day esp with all the things that were going on with my back and having to have surgery on it. I just really need to get the 100% from Sept. I didnt think something could be more cut and dry then hey here is a service connected issue, hey the VA said he has to have a repeat surgery on this issue. Oh look he had the surgery in the VA hospital on his service connected issue AND the DR said a min or 6 mos ok clkick done.
  2. This is my first time actually posting here. I am so fustrated, I have been dancing this dance with the VA since Oct 05. I was discharged with 40% for my back.In Feb 08 had a faulty C&P and they lowered that to 10%. Did a ton of paperwork and denials and went infront of a traveling judge last July. When I went I was told it wouldnt take long. I was scheduled for another surgery on my back in Sept. Still waiting on the judges ruling WOW. I was given 30% for PTSD so am at 40% right now waiting on the judge. Anyhow I had surgery at the VA on Sept 12 2011 on my service connected disability. The dr put me on a minimum 6 mos convalescence leave to be reevaluated after that. Well here it is 7 mos after my surgery. I am still out of work and going to PT 4x's a week. I was told that the VA is to backed up to expidite my 100%. I cant for the life of me figure out why it would take so long. How much longer can this take. I was told without a forclosure notice they wont do anything. We wont loose our home but everyone goes without and this is impossible. Help thanks Glenn
