i dont know...I've tried calling the va and i get 50 thousand different things and i call treasury and theyre saying theyre waiting for the va to authorize it back to us...

I need help. My husband and I had direct deposit for his housing allowance. The card we were using denied it because they don't accept government deposits. I called and switched the direct deposit to a new account. That was on the 31st of December. We have called Treasury and the VA and we keep getting different stuff. The Treasury says they rceived it on the 4th of January and sent it back to the VA on the 4th. I called the VA and I got well it wasn't returned until the 7th. Supposably Treasury is waiting on the VA to send it back and the VA is waiting on Treasury to send it out. When I call Treasury to see if they have it they say the VA hasn't authorized it (but the VA says it was reissued twice). I keep getting 3-5 days or 2 weeks or a month. Does anyone know how long it actually takes because now I'm starting to lose my services and my bill collectors are no longer understanding 3 to 5 days after hearing it for 2 weeks. Ps Treasury does tell me they see that the money has an R23 code, but nobody knows what that code means.
