Just got rated 10% for severe bilateral hip o.a , which I think I got low balled on. Plan to appeal that rating. I got turned down for service connection for my knees and lower back. Although I was treated for these problems in service and have continued treatment at v.a . My primary care states that the reason my knees and lower back are bad is a result of my severe o.a of my hips. Should I file nod for knees and back or claim them as secondary condition as primary care giver has stated.
