tdiu Tdiu Claim And Chapter 35 Title 38 Usc.

Still waiting for my tdiu decision since 4-19-2013 and and last week I get a letter and pamphlet about chapter 35 title 38 DEA...just wondering if anyone else got this? Not getting my hopes up but really feeling sorry for my kids cause of my miserable situation...thanks!
