Hello, I'm having lower back pain while serving my 2nd tour in Afghanistan. I had xrays done here and was told my disk spacing a close together and might be pinching my nerves? They are shortening my tour here and should be arriving in the US the next few weeks? I would like some guidance of the dos and donts in this situation. I'm an Army Reservist on Active duty. 1. What paperwork needs to be filed for starting a VA claim for my back injury? 2. Is there certain paperwork I shouldn't overlook? I don't want to overlook anything that will hinder a valid VA compensation claim. Thank you,
