Just wanted to introduce myself. I hope to share the good and the bad of my transition from active duty to retirement. After 30 years I've had it as an active duty CW4. I remember a CSM telling me I'll know when it's my time - well it's arrived. Initially I was looking forward to it, but already there're issues. This isn't the thread for that so I'll post accordingly.
