[Proposal of Severance of Service Connection]

Thanks for your replies. I called and they said it was sent to my old address and i have to wait another week to see if i receive it. the anxiety is driving me insane and im hoping i get something soon. Will let you all know when i do

HI Everyone,

i just went through the long process of submitting a claim for Anxiety and Depression and even had a C&P. i was awarded 70% service connection in April 2016. now i log into Ebenefits and see it shows " Proposal of severance of service connection for Anxiety and depression"  not sure what this is but everything i find online says my 70% will be lowered or taken away. 

can anyone shed some light on this?

I am currently 80% disabled and wanted to get some info on caregiver service. i have heard that some vets are able to get thier spouse as a caregiver, but i am not sure where to get any info on this.
