My  Husband was stationed @ Ma Cord Air Base , Tacoma Washington  1066--1970 he was exposed to JP-4 Fuel, Paint Strippers, Paint  Thinners, De greasers , while he was stationed there And he has been diagnosed with all of these by the VA DR's , He also went to a out side Medical Dr. that in his medical exam and after reviewing his medical records he noised him with all that i stated and even a couple more and said in his Medical Expedite that he felt more likely than not that and he stated each and every one separate that was more likely than the cause of the Chemicals he was exposed to while in the Military . The judge came back with that the Dr;s report had Good Merit but it more medical rationale .???? i thought that the law stated that a medical Dr only had to state after examination and review of his medical medical of more likely than not please advise !!!!!
