Hello friends , I have a question that I am not sure , see if some one know about this .

I m 100% service connected disability and I had $10.000 life insurance  premiums are being waived , now I am 68 and now I have a new service connected disability less than 2 years since VA notified , so can I apply one more  $10.000 life insurance ?  I applied but they canot approve that reason is I already had that $10.000 insurance (waiver of  premiums ) . So That reason is right ?   Thanks
