Presumptive Burn Pit Prostate cancer settlement

I have (had) presumptive burn pit induced prostate cancer. Had my prostate removed and filed a claim 6 months later. Has anyone else had this same scenario and what was your dollar amount settlement? -
I am in the burn pit registry and have presumptive prostate cancer. My cancer was discover Feb 2022 and I had my prostate removed July 2022. Under 38 C.F.R., 100% disability will be assigned while cancer is active (Feb 2022 - July 2022) (5 months), and 100% for 6 six months after until a mandatory follow-up is performed. That's 11 months of 100%. Does that mean I will receive 11 x $3106.04? ($34,166.44) and is that paid in a lump sum?
