We seem to be stuck in a loop - two Achillies surgeries SC, the first 10+ years ago, the second surgery 6 months ago. Podiatry - surgeon/doctor has stated in a written document "released to full activity with no restrictions" despite obvious gait difference, related lower back pain, knee pain, hip pain. Where do we go from here? Have already done an ITF for secondary of back, knee, hip, but does the "no restrictions" create a problem with the paperwork? Who would offer an IMO? Orthopedic surgery on the phone said they are not the right resource, because there are no pending back/knee/hip replacements. Does a PCP do the review and offer, or is a Nexus from an agency a good idea?
