  1. I sure that the VA has already made their decision. That letter is just letting you know that your are they had found you incompetence. Because of the current VA reg., they have to allow you to prove them wrong. I will rather you accept their decision, especially when you are going to hardship. I am 24 years old, and the VA found me incompetence, this means that I can not own a gun, or travel more often. Well, because of HS, I accepted it.

  2. Sounding off....! Hello family, I am a young Army veteran, age 23. The VA wrote me a letter saying that they had crowed me "Incompetence" please don't ask me how they came up with this ideal....Sometimes the government just pull things out of thier butts.... Anyways, I am rated 100% for PTSD, and some other things. My question here is, do anyone know how long it will take inorder for me to get my backpay? They wrote me a letter saying that " Your C&P shows that you are incompetence, you have 30 days to contest this, otherwises, we are going to make our decision. Same I am going throught hardship, I am not even going to argue this, all I need right now is some cash on hand. I am 100% right now, but the VA is still paying me as 80%. Another question, why should the VA forbid me from owning a firearm. I guess since I am going throught hadship, I should waive my rights.

  3. Sorry its been awhile since I last posted...but I wanted to wait for any new changes in my situation. Well, I just got off the phone with my PEBLO...The PEB awarded me 50% PRDL for PTSD under Combat Conditions!

I am so high now! It took less than a week! I can't believe it. Now, I have 10 working day's to review it before I have to concur / non-concur. I know, take it and run...but in my situation I have over 22 active yrs already. So other than being combat related and non-tax on some (not sure what that means?) I would be getting my 50% plus 2.5% per extra yrs.

So I am wondering if I should go for the gold? Could they also reduce the rating? These things I have no ideal about.

Also, I am in the middle of my sleep apna test (they want me to come back for the CPAP portion.

Well, thats about it for now, I'll see you all later.

    Ken
