I call BVA to check on the status of my appeal,The aldy tells me that my appeal was at the central case storage waiting for the judge to request for it.Does this mean that it was review and is just waiting for the judge decision.And how often they request appeals from here the central case storage.

yes the stress is over, we are talking about going to Vegas with all of these cheap airline tickets we can go to vegas on a Monday and dtay until Friday morning and get a room at Circus Circus and the plane trip from Charlotte cheaper than we can drive to Biloxi and stay for the same period at the Beau Rivage (now thats a nice place, I recommend it to anyone) but right now I think we are staying home until this swine flu goes away I remember the mess it created back in 1976 soldiers ended up paralyzed by the vaccines I think I will just bunker down until this passes

I submit form 9,on april 7 more than 10 months to certified to the board of veterans appeals.They tell me that my appeal was at the rating board on oct,3.and now they said that is out of the rating board since nov,21.this is taking a long time. <_<

well My appeal were for 60 days at the rating board and now is back at the appeal team don't know why

Hello Everyone I'm new here.

I have an Appeal for Earlier Effective Date.I started a claim for Service connected on feb,97.It was denied on may,97.I submit an nod and recived a soc.So i keep fighting the system after all those years on 2006 The board of veterans Appeals awarded me service connected.On june 06 the regional office gave me a 50% rating.I disagree and submit an nod.on may 07,They send me to a c&p on june that year 07,they awarded me 100%.But no back pay just ine month beacause they said that I was 100% from the moment of the c&p yeah right.So I submit an nod beacause I believe I should be pay back to 97.on march 08 this year they send me a soc,on april I submit va from 9.I was told that since oct,3 my appeal is at the rating board.Any ideas.
