[Struck By Truck While Having Flashback To Vn.]

I had a flash back to Vietnam while riding my bicycle and was seriously injured when struck by a truck. Can the VA help me pay for the medical expenses from this accident? Damn, I almost got killed?

[Recovering Lost And Stolen Awards, Medals, And Citations]

Sir; Ms:

This is probably the wrong location to ask this question, but how can medals, awards, and the orders for these medals be replaced? I have contacted several Army offices, but they pass my request on to another area. Does any know about an Army office or agency that can cut through the bueacracy and help me secure those medals? The children have asked if I too have received awards

[Va Health Care]

I am a 100% SC veteran that was involved in a bicycle / truck accident. Since this accident I have received many hospital bills as I was hospitalized, and receive out-patient follow-ups, etc. Question: Can the VA help pay these bills? I only have Medicare A.

[Banned From The Va]

Three years ago I was banned from the VA because a remark I made against Bush and His war in Iraq was misinterepeted as a threat; I have made several attempts to acquire needed medical care for a 100% PTSD condition from another unpopular war (Vietnam), but continue to be denied health care. Does anyone know how I can re-enter the VA medical hospital and receive deperately needed health care. I am a life member of the DAV, but they too are unable to help.
