I am currently receiving 80% s/c. 50% is for the major depression disorder. I filled for a notice of disagreement through the DAV to the DRO holding my file. I felt like the decision for the depression was not high enough because of my symptoms and that I have had a hospital stay during this filling with the VA. Since my stay at the Hospital I have been diagnosed with Bipolar and PTSD. should I send this information in to the DRO?

I am a disabled veteran that is recieving 80%. 50% is for major depressive disorder. After I recieved my rating about a year later I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder.
My file is with a DRO right now for my major depression to be raised to 70% and IU. Do's the bipolar have a signifacant change in my rating. I have a DAV rep. But I am unsure of what I should do.
