  1. That was the first thing I did. They gave me the run around on how his file is in Denver and that they can't help me. If I could I would fly to Denver, but I can't leave my husband alone for more than about an hour or two at a time.

I was kind of shocked when the RO said they could not help me given that they were the ones who stated that he was incompetent. The biggest issue is not his monthly income because he is recieving that but the back pay. We are not even counting that right now because frankly we have been living with no income for almost 7 years so its not even that big of a deal, but its the waiting for someone to come out. I do not know how much more my husband can take.

Go to the VARO with your paper work and your husband or signed consent for you to talk about his claim deal with someone directly it is the only way.

    Good Luck

Oh and Denver is where the RO told me the fiduciary hub is.

  2. VA approved my husband at 100% service connected back in June. The VA ruled him incompetent in August and we have been waiting for the fiduciary hub to appoint me. They were supposed to come out and meet me and do their evaluation within 45 days from the date they assign an examiner. We are now into 60+ days and they still have not called me. The fiduciary hub has continued to claim they do not have my address or phone number and even though I have gone so far as to send a certified letter and fax that can be tracked they still are wasting time. Every time I call I am given the
