VietVet68 Posted January 1, 2010 Share Posted January 1, 2010 Hi everybody, I'm looking to see if anybody here has any updated info regarding the "Class Action Lawsuit" filed against the VA after it was reported that on May 3, 2006 computer equipment, which was reported to contain personal information of military veterans, spouses of veterans and military personnel was stolen from the home of a VA employee. The suit is titled: "Re: Veterans Affairs Data theft Litigation for Claim No. 1866. The deadline for filing ended 11/27/09. You can see it at www.VeteransClass.com.
