Here is what I applied for on my claim:

1. 
   Lower back pain: in my SMR

1. 
   Right leg : because of the nerve that gives me
   pain

1. 
   Both knees: OA in both

1. 
   Eye sight: because my vision went bad. Exit physical
   had pre-astigmatism

1. 
   High blood
   pressure:

1. 
   Hearing:

Only got approved for 10% hearing. MOS:0811 artillary.

What did I do wrong. here is my claim without the DDD or OA of my back.
