Does anyone know or understand what this means..."Under final review"?? I called the BVA today to see where my appeal is at/how its going. Ebenefits showed it Pending dispatch, then changed the next day to "with VLJ". That is another reason I called. The lady I spoke with told me it was in a final review stage, and could take another month.
