I saw on my latest rating that I was probably denied for my breathing issues. I did smoke until 2012; 19 years or so. I was approved for both COPDX-Asthma and GERD as a result of my 3 years deployed to the 911 WTC site. I have asked this portion to be reopen this portion and submitted some more evidence. Any thoughts?
