RAMP Appeals Withdrawl Letter

Question

I received a letter from the VA that states, "We received your election to participate in the Rapid Appeals Modernization Program (RAMP) on February 13, 2019. In response to your request, we have withdrawn your appeal(s) and discontinued appeals processing on the following condition issues:

Service Connection for inability to Work

          Service Connection for Pulmonary Sarcoidosis

Your appeal can no longer be reinstated under the supplemental claim lane.

I did not file for a supplemental claim. I filed to have my appeal expatiated. I had all the medical evidence to support my claim from the VA and from an Outside Facility. I don't know what is going on. Any idea what I should do? I haven't got a response from my DAV Service Officer in over a year.
