  1. Hi Berta,

I am new to Hadit.com and the way things look you are very knowledgeable. I just received a letter from Atlanta V.A. Regional Office stating that this is my first step in appealing to the BVA. I have done all the filing on my own to this point but feel I may need help going forward as I may be in over my head. Do you think I should contact a lawyer and if so do you know of a good one? Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Fleet

Please post your questions in the main forum.

Can you scan and attach,in the main forum, that part of your last decision , that you are appealing- as to their reasons and bases, and the evidence list they used?

We dont need to have a scan of the regulations they always include.

Please cover your C file, name, etc prior to scanning it.

  2. Thanks Chief, I really appreciate you getting back to me. The VA has rated this condition as one issue for quite some time. I am currently working on a new claim due to extensive VA surgery and wandered if I should add them as separate claims. Thanks again
  3. Hi, this is my first time posting anything on the forum although I come here for answers quite often. I am S/C for Status Post Herniated Nucleus Pulposus, L5-S1 with right sided Radiculopathy. My question is, should the Radiculopathy be a separate S/C condition on it's own and not lumped with the Herniated Nucleus Pulposus?
