   The FOCUS program was founded for veterans who are having significant difficulties transitioning from military to civilian lives. Many of our wounded warriors are grappling with invisible wounds such as Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Survivor’s Guilt (SG) that often accompany this transition.
   The dates of the program are:
   March 2 – March 9
   May 4 – May 11
   September 14 – September 21
   November 16 – November 23
   
   With only four FOCUS classes each year, space is limited so we encourage you to apply early.

   Major Katie Lunning will be the keynote speaker at the Trailblazers Luncheon on Saturday, May 11, at the Walden Club. The theme this year is “Honoring Warrior Moms.”
   Major Lunning will tell the story of how her small critical care team went into Kabul to get out our allies and then had to save Marines after the bombing of the airport.
   The event also includes shopping boutiques and music by Grammy nominated Steve Dean and Minnie Murphy. There will be raffles and a silent auction. Proceeds will go to Creative Arts Therapy for female veterans.
   Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. and lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m.
