Come and learn, leave EMPOWERED
Our group is nonprofit and proceeds to support women veterans transitioning out of the military. We provide a transition program called Combat Boots to Heels for these women to take at no cost.
Proper precautions will be taken for the event the location, bathrooms, and facilities will be sanitized before the event. Several spots with hand sanitizer will be available, and masks will be available for anyone who needs them.
Lead and Empower Her “She Talks” brings together insights from a diverse range of females from the entertainment industries, military, education, and big business. She Talks is an empowering event full of powerful stories from speakers that will leave your cup full. You do not want to miss this powerful and inspirational event!
Women in Aviation
Lead and Empower Her She Talks is now reaching out to specific industries to inspire women in aviation. This event is packed with barrier breakers from the industry that will inspire, educate, and connect women who are passionate about aviation or even expanding outside of aviation.
The sky is the limit in this conference!
This event will provide a supportive environment for women to share their experiences, learn from industry experts, and network with like-minded individuals.

The American Veterans Ball (AVB) is an annual event and organization dedicated to honoring veterans, preserving their legacies, preventing veteran suicide, and empowering veterans to overcome life challenges. It serves as a platform for veterans, military spouses, dependents, and the wider community to come together and celebrate the enduring legacies of veterans while raising awareness and support for various veteran & youth related initiatives and programs.
AVB encompasses a range of initiatives we like to support that includes, but not limited to educational scholarships, youth leadership camps, JROTC programs, and inspiring events that unite veterans and the public in a shared mission of honoring and supporting our nation’s heroes. The AVB event typically features ceremonies, tributes, and opportunities for veterans, military spouses, dependents and supporters to connect and collaborate in a spirit of patriotism and camaraderie. #TogetherIsBetter
