Question

hi all,

i have a dic claim with the va.

my husband's veteran medical file was sent to va long beach medical clinic for a medical opinion.

my question is:

would his personal doctor's letters i sent to the va also be in this file for the doctor at the long beach medical clinic to review along with his medical files?

your input is appreciated.

If you sent them to medical records it is not always gaurenteed. I would have recommended that you take them in person. I would be ready to provide these documents again, just in case they did not make it into the file. I don't mean to sound negative but mysterious things seem to happen to our claims and the documents we submit in our behalf.
