RO just sent me frorm to fill out again :blink:from march of requesting my medical records from all my Drs. the letter said they change forms and I had to do th

em all over(I feel like they are stalling) BUT i had to drive over to pensacloa from Mobile Al.and Do the Aaudio test and Fro my feet. I will re --fill out the forms and send them back. long ole wait to probely be deined but I will continue. Will Te RO keep sending my at different tiimes for things I listed on my medical?

tip i have found helpful once you fill out any form before you sign it, make copies that way if they lose it, you just sign the copy and send it in, saves a lot of time.
