I am not trying to be negative, as I have a stake in this as well. But in all honesty, the average claim analysis person is going to look at this and say BS.
If they are not getting bonus for production, they are going to languish and take all the time they want to validate a case.
My file just supposedly went to the 1st step of the review process. 7 Years of creating the evidence, and I expect it will be 7 months before it travels through all the hamster freeways of the VA,
I do not have any faith in the diligence and tenaciousness that will be required to get through the Nemeyr paperwork.
I really feel sorry for the people at VA....I would not want this job, even though I would want to do all I could to help our returning troops.

Cancer
in Agent Orange
Posted
I was diagnosed with cancer in the bladder and in the prostate in Sep 2008. I went to Audie Murphy and the VA removed both. I filed claim for agent orange exposure and was given a rateing of 100% plus SMC. In Dec of 2010 the VA gave me another C&P exam and a couple of weeks ago I get a letter from the VA stateing that since I no longer have cancer they are going to reduce my rating for exposure from 100% to 0% and discontinue the SMC. This is about $2000 per month. How do I fight this?
