Hi everyone, been trolling this forum for awhile and figured it was time to ask a question. Here's my story, I was low balled with 10% SC disability for PTSD back in 08 right after I got out of the army. I did my NOD and then they just handed me a 30% rating. I've denied that decision as well but haven't heard squat since. Anyway after filling out a mandatory DoD post deployment health assessment recently I've been in and out of the VA for appointments. Long story short, the first shrink that I talked to a couple of weeks ago stated in her report that I meet the symptoms for severe PTSD. I also talked to a psychiatrist the other week who mentioned that he might put me on anti-depressants such as prozac and zoloft, but for now he wants to see how individual psycho therapy works. My question is... Do I have a good shot at increasing my rating to at least 50%? I mean its been 3 years since the first C&P and here I am now seeing doctors that actually give a sh*t wanting me to go through treatment. Thanks in advance for everyone's feedback/opinions -matt
