  1. Hey guys thank you so much for your replys and input i greatly appreicate it.
  2. Yes i did C&P and ptsd, all conditions im claiming are documented by the army, i have the actual med documents from the army i requested them when i first started my meb. im not claiming anything that isnt something legit. i know a lot of ppl try and milk the system and claim a "stubbed toe" or something of the sort. im not. all im claiming are things that actually affect my life. everything has been diagnosed by army and va, but qtc doc(hes a neurophyscologist) denied tbi claim, even though in his own words he said he sees in my records where ive been diagnosed with (2)tbi. he said my ptsd conditions were completly different from tbi in his opinion. since im still active duty, i have a peblo(army side), and va case manager. nothing is from private doc, all is from army/va, ptsd, migraines, memory loss, insomnia...etc. i did ask to see another doc, but was told he was the only neuro doc at qtc, we actually got into a heated argument over it. i was just under the impression that any injury documented in my med records that has an impact on my daily life would entitle me to claim it for compensation.
  3. Hello all, Im new to this forum but have been reading some post and getting great information. Thank you to everyone who is actively spreading information. My question which i cant seem to get an answer to from my peblo, or va case manager. In my medical records it clearly states that i sustained two concussions while i was deployed...upon return from deployment i was seen by tbi and diagnosed with two tbi. the other day i went to qtc to see some docs about tbi/ptsd. the doc told me that he beleives ive recovered from my tbi, and because of that he was not going to put it in his notes to the va for a claim...can this happen? i am still currently seeing a doc at tbi, and am being told im still suffering from memory problems, and that my sleep problems and migraines are from the tbi, but this guy at qtc says otherwise...what are my options here??? thanks again for your time.
