  1. Also, it could be that the other things you claimed (depending on what they are) may not have been found ion the service treatment records or in medical records within a year of discharge. Unless we have proof of the condition, be it in your service records or some kind of medical documentation showing u developed a condition within a year of discharge, we ordinarily don't schedule an exam. Another reason could be that you will be scheduled for other exams but those were the only docs available for that day. For instance, some VAMCs don't have enough psychiatrists on hand, so the mental exam can be filed way before or after you get the notification for the other physical exams.

  2. A troll is someone who stirs things up just for the sake of stirring them up.

Please don't be disrespectful on this forum; there are a lot of hurting people here.

I understand that you may be one of them and lashing out from frustration from with own struggles.

Just try to put yourself in someone else's place when making comments. smile.png

Thank you for telling what a troll is. Base off your definition I'm not a troll. When you are 100% P&T, you got all you can get, so I believe my comment was on point.
  3. I believe this can't be answered by anyone here, unless we see the claim. I don't believe you are giving us the full story. VA can't keep your claim in review for 20 years and not submit to you a decision. There has to be legal action that you can take if that was to happen. I believe you should add compulsive liar to your claim. That would be an instant approval for you. Don't bank on $638k. You better off robbing Bill Gates or Oprah.

  4. Lamont,

They may yet schedule you for more C & P exams.

You can contact the Release Of Information Office to get a copy of your C & P report and get an idea how it sounds.

You can scan and post it here for opinions (but be sure to blank out your name, SSN etc)

    You're making progress!

This may be dumb to ask, but where is the release of records? My regional office or where I did my exam?

  5. i have been fire 20 times in 7 years so i gave up on ever working againg so I only get SSDI and 30% VA that all but the VA told me it not my PTSD that doning that no I should say the Admin said that but the hosp part of the VA told me " I should never never look or think about looking for work ever againg for my GAF score is 37 dont know what that is but when i grad from High scool I had a GPA over with three AP class and other classed was a 3.7 GPA

I believe a GAF score of 37 means Some impairment in reality testing or communication (e.g., speech is at times illogical, obscure, or irrelevant) OR major impairment in several areas, such as work or school, family relations, judgment, thinking, or mood (e.g., depressed man avoids friends, neglects family, and is unable to work; child frequently beats up younger children, is defiant at home, and is failing at school).
