Found it, IMO: Independent Medical Opinion, I'm on the right track now.

I'm fine with the rating for PTSD for now. I go to regular visits at the VA, and not appealing their decision on that unless my condition worsens. My eye and skin condition is what I an appealing. I have a lot of home work and paperwork to track down, When I got the first rating for my eye that is when I should have acted. I didn't read the letter completely and I thought all of this was over. What the exam Dr wrote was false and assumptive to the tune that I wasn't taking my medication and missing appointments. What's an IMO?

I'm appealing the service connected skin condition and my eye which was removed from the latest award letter. I'll do as suggested and get a list of what disabilities I have listed in my file from the VA.

I received my service connected rating in 2008 and didn't read the exam materials completely. I just got the request for appeals in just under the wire Went through the exam in Jan of this year and got the award letter back in Oct 2011 which I still disagree with. My rating didn't change, I picked up a service connected disability and lost one without an exam??? 50% PTSD 10% Skin, 10% Eye rating was removed from my award letter I still take medication and drops for my eye and it was removed. I was told at the Regional Office to have them reconsider it again. Did something change? I didn't get that memo if it did. The fight continues
