I haven't been to treatment in about 9 months. The last time I went in to mental health, I moved from Colorado where I was living with my squad leader back to Miami where I am originally from, and I guess in Miami you have to see a regular psychologist before you get to see the psychologist who runs the PTSD program, after the psychologist asked me the usual questions he wanted to know if I wanted to go to group therapy, or the 9 week in house treatment, so I told him I don't want to do either one right now. I said that right now I want to have 1 on 1 sessions with a psychologist and be put on bupropion along with seroquil for sleep witch are the two medications that work best for me. After I told the psychologist that his whole demeanor changed and he pretty much called me a liar, then told me that he was in Vietnam and said that I do have PTSD but it's not at the 100% rating, then he said that he will send me to the other psychologist anyway, like doing so was a serious burden on him. I hate going to the VA this psychologist isn't the first person at the VA that has treatment like garbage.
